I went from 145 to 133. Why could this be?

So funny - I just dropped about the same. Some things fit better, but I haven't needed to buy all new clothes. (Hopefully soon!)
It's because you are losing weight all over your body - not in one specific area. It takes time to lose enough that inches start dropping.
Be happy that you've lost some bulk. I don't know about you, but even those my clothes haven't changed, people notice the difference on me.
Congrats!

For every 10 pounds that a man loses, it usually reduces their waist size by one inch. The thinner you get the less of a difference you may see. You say you went from 145 to 133 .. but you don't say how tall you are ? .. That makes a difference. If you are very tall .. you won't see as much of a difference. Also, when you are getting down to numbers like 145 to 133 .. it is more about muscle toning .. than it is about losing anymore wieght. Go to a health club and let someone know that you want assistance with muscle toning. I doubt you need to lose anymore weight. Good luck to you ! :)

looking on what technique you used to shed extra pounds, that's incredibly attainable you lost in general muscle communities. Muscle weighs greater desirable than fat so perchance you lost a mix of the two however the muscle communities lost cancelled out the visual charm substitute you will possibly have have been given from dropping the fat.

Probably because you see yourself everyday (or your clothes were to big to begin with).

I am sure someone you have not seen in a little while would be able to tell the difference.

People are always there own worst critic.

if this has been over a long period of time, you must have lost muscle... do you exercise? Or It could just be water weight. Feeling dehydrated?
