There are a number of on-line stores that sell handcuffs. Also, you can visit police gear stores and military surplus to buy them in person and to perhaps try them on for size. ;-)
Bondage cuffs, which a large number of adult toy stores both on-line and with a storefront, are a good choice as they don't put pressure on one area of the wrist but spreads it out. The only negative compared to the police variety is that the number of settings is smaller, so it might be easier to slip out of them.
One piece of advice is to not get the cheap variety handcuffs that are sold at novelty stores and many adult bookstores. They don't have the advantage of double-locking like police-style handcuffs do, so it could lead to the jaw getting too tight and causing real damage.

Most sex shops have them. Behind the back is a bit uncomfortable after a while though unless you like that. I suggest having him cuff you to the headboard of the bed if it's sturdy enough, hands over your head. Blindfolds and ice cubes can be fun too....

you're a bit out there. you could get them on the net for less than $10. silk does it better than handcuffs though, no chance of breaking skin. but if you like it when it hurts, then handcuffs it is.
