There is the Sherlaton Hotels in Nigeria, its reputed to have fantastic Indian cuisine

To be honest I have no experience of indian hotels, but if you are in europe and looking for japanese food or maybe just a recipe, then go to wagamamas. I love the food, good portions, good prices. www.wagamamas.com should do it.
