Schizophrenia is one of the few disorders that has sound researching showing it has biological roots. Meaning it is a phsycial condition directly related to brain functioning. There is nothing outside the realm of the medical/psychiatric field that can help with schizophrenia besides a really good support system in conjuction with meds. I know the meds can be a pain in the a@# due to side effects, etc but keep giving them a shot.

If you would have given more details such as age, business and surroundings etc it would have better.
Meditation is the best treatment. Go to a skilled Yog Guru.
Trying to keep calm and quiet helps lot. Learn singing.
Do some exercise in open air daily or go for a walk.

When I was a resident in a mental hospital in 1948, the violent schizophrenics were locked in individual cells and threw wastes at you if you walked too close to the door. I find medication much better.

It sucks but Schizophrenia is the one mental disorder that you MUST stay on your meds for...
But Meditation in combination with meds works wonders...
All the other illnesses like depression, bipolar, ADD, etc. you can get by without your meds...
But don't mess with the schizzies...

There really is no "cure" for this disease, but it can be kept in control with counseling. Try talking to a Psychiatrist, and they can give you more info on the subject.

the only one i know of is buying a 12 gauge and blowing half your brain outa your head you will be pretty much cured but might suffer from minor memory and personality changes
