Hi, Eileen,
I do believe that there are many life-long marriages that essentially satisfy the general understanding of the "soul mate" concept..but I believe these relationships exist because the partners work at it... and choose to submit and defer to each other to make the marriage work... It isn't just easy wonderful perfection without effort....

I also recognize that there are many life-long friendships (best friends, siblings, etc.)... that have similar characteristics, but I don't know if this is what you had in mind.... Lifelong friendships also depend on effort and forgiveness to succeed.....

You just feel it. Your soulmate understands you. He is ready with the answer of your question even before you ask it. One look is enough to let him know how you feel. Just the thought about him is enough to make you smile. Whatever you do you know that you can always count on him and have his support. You may spend months apart but what you share remains unchanged. Your realtionship grows and even gets stronger with time. He appreciaties you and makes you feel like a queen. He believes in you. Your relationship is based on giving - both of you want the best for each other. If you call him at 3AM and tell him you need him he'll come without asking questions. If you kill somebody he'll help you get rid of the body without saying a reproachful word. He brings out the best in you. And you do the same for him, too.

It's all about the trust and sentiments. There is no perfect human in the world. When you met someone you fell love for him or her. Then you decide OK she / he is my better part,, Some time pass you will get tired of fighting and take response for your partner you started to feel your choice will be wrong. Then he or she become bitter part of your life. It does not mean every married couple who is not get divorced are match for each other. There are lot of married people live their life with their partners like in hell because they are not ready or scare or shame to break their marriage . Some people live to gather for the only purpose of their kids.
When you met some one and you trust that person or you correctly understand that person and his or her personality or character will be suitable to your taste also he or she will felt like same as like you you both will be soul mates and made for each others. But there are other people in this world with your same personality and taste.. When you or your soul mate will get a chance to meet another soul mate too.. Then?????????? So... This soul mate sentiment points are belong to your mind and manner. That's all.

u just cant stop thinking about each other u cant bear to be out of each other sight u just go crazy if u was ever to break up and u also have a lot of things in common and u personal just know inside of ur heart that that person is the right and best person for u

A man told me once that a good relationship is when you get to be crazy one day and she is the sane one and the next day you switch. Hell I don't know if is just how long you can stand each other.

don't know this is such a mystery. is wish it was this easy. i guess you have to really ask yourself if this person, with the good and the bad things about them, acceptable to me as someone i want to spend my life with. or is there something missing etc. i guess theres alot of questions you have to ask yourself

i don't think you ever really know for sure, but if it feels magical go for it as long as you can because if it ever ends, at least you had that magical time for a minute that they cant take memories away
