I will be honest. I think for alot of men it is the thrill of the chase. We don't think about how we are hurting our family. When I got divorced and started dating I was completly in love with my g/f. I talked to my ex one day and the next thing I know I am cheeting on my g/f with my ex. It took a while to realize what an A$$hole I was being. I broke it off with the ex. I came clean to my g/f. I will never cheat again. Thank God we work through it and are getting married.

People cheat because the excitement in the relationship may be lost. He can have you any time, it's no longer a thrill to have sex with you. However it is a thrill to try to get some other girl in bed with him.

some times people are looking for variety, sometimes people are looking for the bigger better deal, sometimes people are selfish and want eveybody that they can get, there is a lot of reasonns that people cheat. there is no good reason that they do that. i say people in here because i had women cheat on me. i have never cheated on anyone, and never will.

first of all, all men don't cheat. I have never cheated and never will :-)
many men are weak by nature. they succumb to temptation easily. they have a funny way of dealing with stress. men have to be trained to deal with stress in a more productive manner instead of having affairs, etc.

Adventure, men are predators in dating, once you get with someone. You are forced to stop hunting, yet some men still have that instinct they did for since adolescence, it is awful hard for some men to turn it off in a moment.
sorry for your hurt,, but you need to make your man understand that you are his greatest adventure!!
