They will go bad quickly so make a bakewell pie or jam with them.
I've got 5 gallons of plum wine fermenting, you'll need about 8 Kg of plums for that amount but anythin above 2 Kg would do for 5 bottles of wine

pistaschio plums with orange syrup
preheat oven gas 5
lay 6 halved and stoned plums cut side up in a shallow oven dish. put 2 egg whites in a bowl an whisk til foamy. use metal spoon and stir in unsalted shelled chopped pistaschios (save tbsp) and 20z ground almonds, tbsp caster sugar and grated orange zest . pile on mixture to plums pour juice of 2 oranges around plumssrinkle with soft brown sugar bake for 30mins basting occassionally with the orange juice. serve hot garnish with saved nuts and some fromage frais or cream

A good thing to do could be to can them. Put them in jelly or pint jars, and when the jars have sealed, you can cut out round circles of fabric to decorate the tops of the lids, put raffia or satin ribbon around the fabric to hold it, and you can make some lovely gift baskets out of them to give away to other people! (and they keep for a long time!)

Make plum gin...similar to sloe gin but with plums. It will be a fantastic treat for Chrirtmas time. Just need lots of gin and some sugar!
