Anything is bad for you in excess.

Just try to limit them a little say 1 or 2 no more than three times a week and you should be fine .. think of the body builders who eat 10 + a day!

Eggs do contain cholesterol, but in fact cholesterol you eat is broken down in the stomach - the health problem is cholesterol in the bloodstream, which is produced in your own body as a response to saturated fats. Prawns are also high in cholesterol but are one of the healthiest foods you could ever find.

Eggs do contain some fat, but basically they're a pretty healthy food - in moderation, as with anything. One large egg contains 5g of fat, which is about the same as in a pint of semi-skimmed milk, half an ounce of milk chocolate or a quarter of a thick slice of bacon. That kind of amount per day isn't a problem unless you have some pre-existing condition.

The yolk is quite high in fat and it's recommended not to have any more that 3 a week. This quota includes eating pastries and cakes and anything else that may be cooked with eggs. People with high cholesterol and diabetes have especially to watch how many eggs they eat. I personally love eggs and would eat them all day every day if i could!!!

Good question, controversial to say the least. The cholesterol in the egg yolk is often attacked as being bad for you, however the egg white is an emulsifier, that goes with it, my thought on this subject is God created it so it should be good, in moderation, no food should be overused.

Vitamin E gives protection against heart disease and some cancers. Vitamin D is also present to provide mineral absorption and good bone health.

Eggs are rich in essential minerals, in particular iodine, required for making thyroid hormones and phosphorus, essential for healthy teeth and bones.

Trace elements are also present in eggs, including iron to help with red blood cell formation and zinc, for improved immunity.

Actually egg is not bad for health if you eat in a certain amount. Like an egg in a day or two. But eating too much will be bad for health.

If you listen to the dept of agriculture... It changes once a month or so depending on what they actually want you to buy, or ease up on for their sales and purposes.

I honestly think that human beings are just huge lab rats, testing out the newest ways to survive on the crap they create to feed an overpopulated, over processed, country of completely clueless vultures. They are the zoo keepers, we eat what they tell us to when they tell us to.

Even if fatty... your brain needs fat, your body needs protein. My problem is with the chemicals and what they actually do to the laying hens to get them to mass produce to supply the demand.

I eat only free range grain fed eggs omega rich eggs. If an animal is treated well, it will feed you well. If it is mistreated, it will poison you. (no, not literally, figuratively.)

Eggs are OK - no problem with 2-3 per day.

Remember the Brain requires fat, cholesterol and carbs in order to work properly, if your diet has too little fat, your brain will be starved...

Eggs are good and bad for you, they have a lot of protein and also a lot of other vitamins but a lot of cholesterol. Eat sparingly, couple a week.
