Do waitresses ever go out with their customers? If so, what is the best way to ask a waitress out? They probably get hit on everyday, so is there any positive way to make myself stand apart from the rest of the guys?

Be polite and try not to be too dorky. I used to get asked out at work and the guys always seemed like A) they just wanted in my pants or B) stalker weird. I did have one guy say "I'm just going to ask you out because I've been here everyday this week trying to get up the guts to. Can I take you out for coffee after your shift?" I thought that was really nice and sexy and sweet all at the same time. Unfortunately, I was already engaged at the time. Tip: Don't get ticked or rude if she turns you down. It ruins all your future chances with her. No only means, not yet. Unless she tells you to get lost, and they usually don't if your polite, keep trying. If at first you don't succeed.........just don't take it to a stalker level. ;-)

I used to be a waitress and where I worked it was not okay to ask them out, but you could always leave your number when you tip her.. tell her to call you when she gets off... what could it hurt?

Just try and enquire if u can buy coffee or chat with her after work if she likes u i dont see any problem i dated one but u must earn her confidence to take her out coz she mets many pple

All jokes aside buddy, ask her if she'd like to go to a movie (or something like that) sometime, make sure you compliment her on her looks (we love that)...Your a nice guy silver.....She'd be crazy not to say yes!!!

an idea get he to serve you one day
when she brings you bill pay her with a nice tip and on the bill write would you honor me with your presence and I will ensure that someone else serves you!try it and see.
I did waitressing at one stage and someone did that for me!

Yes make a special trip in and offer to take her somewhere else for her lunch break or any break.

Just invite her out, like in office space, no pressure....just give her the option to get to know you. Then you will see if she digs you or not!!!

after your meal when you give her the bill put a letting asking her out on a date with you phone number and see what happens.
