okey it happened all of the sudden
now my computer cant go into windows and not even safe mode
i have some important files in my c disk where the system is
i want to save those files before i format the whole thing
what should i do?
i tried to copy under dos but doesnt work btw :oS
soooo loooosttttt!!!!

Use a tool called Bart PE (Preinstalled environment) found here - http://www.nu2.nu/download.php?sFile=pebuilder3110a.exe

Note - the link above does not install, but brings you to a download page.

As long as your CD works, you can configure your PC to boot from CD rather than from hard disk, and it will boot to windows XP (Yes, running on the CD). Then you can safely browse your hard drive for the files you need, and copy to a USB key.

This tool has saved me more than once!

Do you have your Windows XP disc?
If so, you can do a repair of Windows. This may fix your problem without formatting.

Search the web on information on how to do a repair of Win XP.

rip the hard disk of your comp and put it into your friends comp. then you can recover your files. :d

You can login to windows through this software and save all your data...............Then you can format if you wish...........

u will probably have to do a re-format....but don't do a destructive....if u do a destructive it will erase all....
