Its difficult to undo your past errors, if they were grave mistakes, which affected others lives. But then, you did what you did, because you felt that was the best thing to do given that circumstance right?
Sometimes when you are in your clear mind you realise those mistakes and want to correct them & its not opssible to go back. You have to come to terms with it. You need to move on.
Things happen because of many reasons, which may not be yours only.
Sometimes, we will be pushed to our extreme and may reach a point we cannot think anymore for ourselves.
But then, you should come out of it, learn from your mistakes, take necessary corrective measures & be a better person.
It might take some time. Give it sometime, you will reconcile, you have to. Else theres no moving forward. And you may be putting more people, people around you, who love you, people who had nothing to do with your mistakes ; into trouble.Think of them & yourself
Regards

The fact that you are aware of this and want to change is the biggest step. That's awesome :)
If you are of a particular faith, find a church in your area and talk to a pastor/minister/etc and find out how to get communion or the equivalent. This will set you right spiritually.
To make a fresh start in day to day life, just keep in mind (but don't obsess or dwell too much on) your past mistakes and strive to keep that behaviour in the past. Choose to do things that will help others instead of hurt them. Most of it is common sense, you will know right from wrong and with a little determination you can change for the better.

You can never undo anything, whats done is done. But I can answer you question from two perspectives.
Christian - Ask God to forgive you and ask him to give you the strength and wisdom to live a better life and be a better person.
Also if you have harmed particular people with you words or actions you should look them up. Ask them for forgiveness and tell them you wish to make amends. Then take it one day at a time.
Buddhist - in this case you would be trying to change your karma,
No god to pray to. But you would still want to make amends and ask for forgiveness from those you have hurt. Meditate and follow the noble eightfold path. Be mindful of what you do, speak think and act skillfully. Your karma will begin to change for the better. Just remember you will still have to deal with the consequences of your past unskillful deeds ( bad karma ).
I hope this was helpful.

You can't turn back the hands of time but you do learn from your mistakes.Confess and repent is the only way your sins can be forgiven.I believe that Mark 2: speaks about the forgiveness of sins. Now don't go back and do the same thing over and over again because Christ does turn a deaf ear if you aren't sincere. If you believe that your sins are forgiven it doesn't matter what other have to say.

Repent and ask forgiveness! IT is that simple. turn from your wrong and ask God to forgive you and it will be as far as the East from the West and remembered no more. If you need to ask a person for forgiveness too, that will help in your healing, even if they do not accept your offer. Once you do this decide to live for Christ and make each day a new start for the right way, He will guide you and protect from the past hurts. Find a good church or group that you can share and grow with.

maybe your past deeds were wrongly done.perhaps the way you did things then was just a way to help you and others now. the mistakes we make in our life are helpful to us and the world once we realize our behavior and then desire to change them.if you had not made mistakes and learned from them what would be the point in living and growing?? we all have done things that we regret, but we no longer do those things. be proud of your past regardless of what you have gone through. someone out here has or is going through something similar and to hear you say that you did and came out a better person could help save someones life. never be ashamed of your life, as long as you still live, you can change and help some one else make it through.

Jesus died on the cross for all your sins. These are sins that you've committed in the past and those that you are going to do form now on.
Being a christian is not being perfect. We are all sinners.
If you accept Jesus as your personal SAVIOUR, He promises to forgive your sins forever. God will then look at you through the blood of Jesus and He will see a clean person because of the grace of Christ.
Making a fresh start will be the best thing you do in your entire life!
Look at the murderer that asked Jesus to forgive him on the cross. He did it for him and He will do it for you!
Welcome to God's kingdom!

Learning the teachings of Baha'u'llah, the Messenger of God for our time, and put them into practice.
Baha'u'llah teaches anew the reality of God, man and the world, and how man should act to return to his original and noble station.
The Bahá'í Faith is an independent world religion. With more than five million adherents residing in over 124,000 localities, the Bahá'í Faith is established in 204 countries across the planet. The spiritual principles of the Bahá'í Faith affirm its overall purpose--to bring about the oneness of humanity. In cooperation with these same principles, Bahá'ís also believe that there is only one Creator and that the spiritual truth of all religions is the same. From a Bahá'í perspective, The Bahá'í Faith is the most recent of the world's great religions. It forms the next link in a chain of important, divine teachings, a progressive revelation that places Bahá'u'lláh, the founder of the Bahá'í Faith, as the Messenger of God for this age.

you can't undo your past errors. But if you admit that your have sinned and you ask for God to forgive you, believe that Jesus died on the cross as a payment for your sins, and make Him Lord of your life and accept Him as your Saviour, then HE can take those sins away.
The Bible says that when you do that, you are a new creation in Christ, the past is remembered no more.

You cannot go back into time. You need to ask Christ for forgiveness. Only he can forgive you for your sins. Once you do this, all is forgiven. You dont need to have any shame for what you did. Don't forget what you did, less you repeat your mistakes. Forgiveness is the key. Once Jesus forgives you, you need to forgive yourself. I had to do this. I stil think of what I did, but I don't dwell on them like I used too. I just prayed for you. Good Luck, and God Bless. :-)
