Grapefruit - after having my son, I went on a diet billed as the mayo clinic diet which featured lots of grapefruit and worked like a dream. I had gained 60 pounds and was back to my prebaby weight in just weeks.

Citrus fruits seem to be the best. Other fruits like pineapple have natural digestive enzymes also.

Watermelon. It taste great!. It fills you up. It contains a lot of water. It doesn't have a lot of calories.
Unfortunately, it's expensive.
If you buy it as a whole melon, you risk getting a spoiled fruit.

All fruit is good, l think bananas are more fattening, eat plenty veg too, did you know that your body uses up more calories digesting cucumber than it actually contains, so eat plenty.

I know this is bad but grapefruit. It might be the most soury thing in the world but believe me it works. 1 a day

Pineapple is supposed to speed up your metabolism, just be careful you don't eat too much though or you could have an allergic reaction, or even worse get really acidic urine. Ouch!!
