Were do you live then, what makes you think all women go to bars to attract men, when I go to a bar I go with my man and I ain't interested in any other man there, I don't drink out of pint glasses because I am so clumsy I would probably drop the thing, but if women want to drink out of a pint glass then so be it, times have changed and so have peoples attitudes.

What I think our young friend is asking, could be reformulated in a slightly less offensive way without the whole "should" issue, e.g.:
Do men find women less attractive when they drink out of a pint glass? If so, why?
Men - try answering this question - it will sidestep all the feminist/equal rights issues!
My answer is yes, I do find women less attractive if they drink out of a pint glass. Why?
1, because I don't think it's lady-like (i.e. it does not conform with my idea of what a lady should be like).
2, because I wouldn't drink any alcopop (and I define at least some of my manlyness through pint drinking).
3, because girls who drink too many pints are often fat and unattractive.
Of course, this has nothing to do with how sexy/attractive a woman can be overall, aside from her beer drinking tendencies.

This is a stupuid question and one that should be treated as such! I used to drink 1/2 pints, then got moaned at cos he had to keep going back to the bar! What if one doesnt like other drinks? I'm not in a pub to attract a man, I have one thank you, I go to bars for a drink, isnt that why they are there in the first place. Does a bloke go to one for finding women, no for the beer!

Depends on the bar, the women and what type of men they are trying to attract.
each to their own i say and also why does it bother other people so much if women drink out of pint glasses or not!!
I dont because im small / petite so it would look silly but i dont care what other women use to drink their drinks.. they paid for it so whats the problem

Not all women go to bars to "attract men".
Personally I go to the pub to chill out and catch up with my friends and quite fancy a nice cold pint especially on a hot day.
If you are going to try and have women banned from drinking pints how about working on men drinking alcopops first.

no they should not be allowed to drink out of pint glasses, it makes birds look like lesbos. if i went the pub with my bird and she wanted a beer i would get it in a half pint glass it looks a bit more lady like. if women want to do that they should do it behind closed doors and maybe they can grow beards while there at it.

If women are just there to have fun, and not attract a man, they can do what they like, so long as they don't go all drunk and silly in my ear.
(I drink Coke out of pint glasses as I don't like alcohol much and it's cheaper that way)
