Please don't answer by saying that the quotation is based on the Septuigant text of Psalms instead of the Masoretic Hebrew text, as it is a clear fact that the 70 scholars/Rabbis only wrote Septuigiant text on the Pentateuch, but not on the rest of scripture. (The rest of the text included in the septuigant was written after the time of Jesus by the church).

I am referring to the phrase in 40:6 "my ears you have opened," which is rendered in 10:5 (that is 10:5- not 5:10) as "a body you have prepared for me."
Please don't say the Bible is not the word of G0d. Please don't say that there is a mistake here-assume that each is the original text penned by each author respectively.

Psalms 40:6
Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required.

Hebrews 5:10 Called of God an high priest after the order of Melchisedec.

I have no idea as to what you can possibly be talking about here. Where do these two scriptures misquote each other?

Verse 5 of hebrews is not a full quote from the Psalms but if you would have read on you would see Hebrews 10:7 is a full quote.

this is the LXX that has a different translation than the MT. The major problem becomes when people take the nt as scripture. the LXX was not comprised of scholars--read the preface of the LXX. Many places where the nt misquotes the TaNaK... Bad Christians
