Gosh there are some rude answers to this posting! >:(

If you just need to lose 10-15 lbs you can lose it in 2 weeks on the Cambridge Diet. It's HEALTHY too so it will actually make you feel good and not just thin. You can do the Fast Start program where you consume nothing but Cambridge products (available in soup, shake or oats) and have 3 meals a day for 2 straight weeks. You'll lose 15 lbs in 2 weeks. It's pretty cheap too, especially if you're using it on Fast Start because you won't be buying groceries for those 2 weeks. It's cheaper than your grocery bill. It's also FDA approved and has been around for over 30 years. Good luck!

Listen: you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.

Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Good luck and stick at it.

There is no really healthy way to lose a lot of weight in a short amount of time. It is best to lose a lot of weight over a long period of time through dieting and exercise. That way it stays off instead of swinging back and forth. If you are looking for a crash diet or a drug to lose weight, I would advise against it, because the downsides to your health are not nearly worth the weight you will lose and, most likely, put back on.

Haha wow some of these answers are crazy....Listen there is no great way of losing wieght fast..SAFELY...your best way of losing wieght is set a reasonable goal...via 10 lbs 4 weeks(1month) and Exersise everyday 30 min. go for a run...walk the dog..but do cardi work outs. Drink nothing but water and try and eat about 800 Calories less than your normal intake. Lower your calorie intake, boost your metablism....you'll cut wieght...(if you really wanna cut it fast...go on an all liquid diet..slim fasts waters juices...and exersice NOT HEALTHY) Good luck

ps a meal diary works good too.

The Yeast Syndrome diet. A variation of that has been losing me about a pound a week - if I am compliant.

The library link at www.hufa.org has the name of the author and publisher, but any bookseller on the web should have it in stock.

Well i used Trimspa and it really worked, i was 248 and in a year i was 140... you should think about using a diet pill for about a week or 2......and see the result.

Why do you hurry if you are not overweight?
Exercising daily will solve your problem.
Avoid fatty foods and add salads and/or sprouts to your meals.
