HAAAA! Being an ex Navy guy, I just have to laugh. A lot of them were one, the other, or both. Some of us werent though. What do you expect though, they are young (dumb and full of ***), on their own, going to foreign ports, and never in the same place much.

Don't know about the Navy men. But the Army men sure are.
