Super question, and allot of good answers by reading them. For the ones that do not eat breakfast please look at your schedule, to eat just a light breakfast of yogurt with fruit, or peanut butter on whole grain crackers is better than nothing.

I am a firm believer of eating breakfast. Whole grain cereal, low fat milk and fruit. I will supplement that with a mid-morning snack of a protein drink, and a banana.

I am a believer of a high-carbohydrate breakfast, than a high-protein, may be a personal choice, but it works better for me, and
has helped my alertness and attitude.

Since childhood, I have never ate breakfast. I was always running late, so I would grab a soda, but as I got older it now has turned into coffee. Although, I do insist my kids eat breakfast, I know that's a double standard, but I want to do right by them and hopefully will have a healthy life.

Great point. I always eat breakfast, it's the most important meal definitely. Gets your day going and then you're not starving in the morning. I always try to hit the major food groups, something high energy like granola, soymilk and some fruit. And of course my big travel mug full of chinese tea!
