I looooove smoked salmon & cream cheese on my bagel!
Lately though I have been into the veggie cream cheese.
Capers sounds good, though I haven't tried them, maybe I'll ask for them next time down at the bagel shop

Plain bagel cream cheese with chives and lox with red oinio slices. Onion Bagel garden veggie cream cheese.

I have experimented quite a bit and I love an onion bagel with with chive cream cheese. Also, a great sandwich is an egg bagel with a egg-over easy, chive cream cheese, warm canadian bacon and a piece of american cheese.
Jeez, I guess I really am a cheese head. :-)

First I toast it but not too dark about medium in color. Then I spread on Plilidelphia cream cheese. Then I top if off with Smuckers strawberry jam. Try it, it's good!.

Cream cheese and peanut butter....together. I thought is was gross the first time I heard it but the combo is really great.
