I don't think either of the ones involved get jealous during the act, since I doubt they'd engage in such acts while sober, I believe it happens after they engage in one-on-one sexual activities, they start (yes both of them) wondering if the other enjoyed the other person more than them and usually things go downhill from there.
So my advice to you if you're in a relationship - Don't do it.
