--is Catholic--

No offense is meant by the following:

"Apostolicae Curae," is the 1896 papal bull declared Anglican orders "absolutely null and utterly void."

This remains the current official position of the Catholic Church. So the Catholic Church (wasps) do not recognize Anglicans to be a part of the Catholic Church (they are not wasps).

High praise should be given to the Anglo-Catholics though, because they have tried to keep the Catholic Faith, or a semblance of it, alive. However, especially in this time of freedom, Anglo-Catholics should realize that true communion with Rome is important and that the Via Media doesn't actually work, just as so many other learned and God fearing Anglicans have over the centuries. Christ demands full communion.
