That cases of aids has risen dramatically because teens don't use condoms, or other protection....Have you heard this...Is this true? I have cousin in Cincinnati, but afraid to ask..She is 16.

I haven't heard anything like that about Cincinnati. I would think the statistics are the same for Cincy as they are for most other cities of the same size.

I didn't hear that. And I live near Cincy. What was your source? I don't see why the teens in Cincy are any different than teens anywhere else.

I haven't heard of that in the news but can believe it. Its really sad and scary to think that schools are not effectively warning or teaching kids about the dangers of unprotective sex.
