I need them for my wedding in late October. I have some already, but need at least 15-20 more and I want them to match the ones I have. They are clear plastic, tall (8") and taped from top down to base. They are 5 oz. capacity.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if someone privately has some to sell cheap.

try a store called "Party City". If there isn't that type of store around your area, then any party decoration place should have them.
