Is it possible to make a transfere flight at CDG from Terminal 2E to 2B in 45 minuts in current condition?

I was told with all the construction there is no way and I will miss my conecting flyght

I wouldn't do it .
Even you made it you luggage will not.
You think that you have 45 minutes, but assuming that the plane arrives on time, along does it take to get off a plane?

There are shuttles between the different terminals 2E and 2B so I think it should be OK.

I wouldn't recommend it. The luggage handlers at CDG are so ridiculously slow.
