Well, for one....your body will be alot healthier. Your body will start changing because now all of the toxins from the pill will be out of your system and you will be your normal self again.

Going on or off the birth control pill can mess up your menstrual cycle. Don't be surprised if your next few periods take longer than usual to appear. Make sure your partner uses condoms if you don't want to become pregnant.

hi i stopped taking the combined pill after over 20 years of taking it. i had increased bleeding each month but was very regular each month and not too many cramps. unless you want to get pregnant then you'll need to think of an alternative - i am using the mirena coil and have found it a good alternative.

some people take birth control , if there suffer form heavy period so if are one of these then you will start getting heavy periods again or you want to get pregnant if so

Your periods may also be heavier, last longer, and include more cramping.
