I got my hair cut today- I just wanted the ends trimmed slightly, but the hairdresser cut way more off. It looks nice, but I was actually trying to grow my hair long! :-( Anyway I'm getting blonde and caramel highlights in my hair next week, how do you think it would look?

Hi, I love the new after picture! It suits you well. It may have been disappointing to get some locks cut off but, it really looks updated and cool. The highlights will rock. Are you getting foils? I bet! I think it will really add to the layers in the style... Way cool. Cosmetologist.

The shorter looks better, it flatters your face more.
Maybe even add some angles or layers around your face to balance it out more, those pictures look like you have a oblong face.
The highlights sound nice, make sure that your stylist doesn't go overboard with them. A little can go a long way when it's a drastically different color from your natural.

Scroll down to the oblong face and read what's there. It could give you additional ways to wear your hair and flatter your face. Hair all the same length can make many face shapes look too long, and not always in a good way.

Your hair looks adorable, as you do. I think the highlights would
look nicer if they were darker (not blonde). And as far as the
weight remark-the guy must be blind!!!

Short and Lighter will compliment your face. Full lips look good with highlights.

the highlights will be great and maybe like a bit of bang,your hair the length it is or longer will look great.
