I think the option power is not included in screen saver window.
Right ?
Then it means Your System doesn't support the power configurations.U are unable to perform hibernation,other power management fac:.
This can happen because ur system is very old or one of the power accessories used in system is old or is damaged or there may be chances for the files to corrupt.In that case please repair Xp.
