Religion and Spirituality: anyone noticing how immature and silly the questions are becoming? Has the ...?
Intelligencia left?

I disagree. there is no such thing as a stupid question. Only a stupid answer. Show some evidence of these stupid questions? If you care. Religion backed into a corner has no answers. No proof no evidence, no god, thats what truths are look it up in the dictionary.

Spirituality and Religion are different entities in abstract. One need not be ritualistic to be spiritual. But in the present day world when individual and collective or group identities are under stress, there is a tendency to either totally give up religion or go deep into it. With a balanced approach like taking the good aspects of religion like compassion and humanity, it is possible to draw a spiritual path from religion. It is a conscious and delicate process which one has to do wisely and with an open mind.

my friend I can not say I agree with you or disagree with you. I see all does have many points of view.

To one something is worthless and maybe it is called garbage but another see that same garbage as a gold mine. Where or how would a garbage collector earn a living if it was not for garbage?

A small child asks his father where the water goes in the ocean at low tide because maybe he wants to know or to learn. Maybe his father will thing that is a stupid or silly question but to that child it may be very important.

Each does have his own ability and level. I find that the questions do tell me a lot about a person. when you see one that you thing is not up to your standards do check out the persons profile and both his/her questions and answers recorded. Maybe that question is the best he or she can cope with.

Just relax and enjoy this free Yahoo Q&A. Just know maybe others have the same opinion of you. look at the great plus Yahoo did install, You and only you can determine "the" best answer if you choose. Thus you can be the one to show allwho does and who does not have "the" answers as far as you are concerned. Yes my friend you do have the Power and absolute control. ha ha

At that just smile and help the world to turh and help guys like me to have pleasure in answering questions like yours OK. Do have a great day.

There have been a lot of immature and silly questions as long as I can remember (poor memory?)...

I think it is because we have a few people who are constantly making new accounts because theirs got banned and they are angry at us for reporting their immaturity...

Seems like you used to be required to be lvl 2 before you could ask a question... or was it that you could only ask 1 question per day at lvl 1?

the questions are basically the same old rhetoric that has occurred on this site for months. Maybe what you are experiencing is the fact that there has been no evolution of thought.

Yes, the questions are silly, and often pure harassment, but somehow, I just keep coming back!

Most of the intelligencia has gotten tired of answering questions asked only to provoke arguements.

I didn't realise there was any intelligence in those questions. Earnest questions are the cleverest. Questions that are full of Qur'an quotations and whatnot are most likely from people who like to twist things around for their own good.

Do what religion asks of you, and be at peace.
