Is there a way to get discharged from the US Navy without reporting back from a UA status to YOUR command? Is there another command such as TPU or somewhere else that will discharge you if you tell them you are UA?

the only command that can discharge you is your current one. so, No, you cannot go someplace other than your current Command. if you turn yourself in elsewhere, you WILL be returned to your command for prosecution and Discharge.

The discharge will only come after you are prosecuted.

Just turn yourself in. They will handle the rest. Just know that us real sailors do not miss your worthless butt a bit.
