The attack against Bush 41 for that, was that his advertisements were racist, when that scandal became public.

I didn't mention the current administration. Annie Bee did.
Mostly, I'm trying to see how old people here are without asking them, and how well they remember things.

The most controversial criticism against Dukakis involved his support for a prison furlough program, not begun while he was governor, that resulted in the release of convicted murderer Willie Horton, who committed a rape and assault in Maryland after his escape.

It was not a "scandal." George Bush, the former President, did not run the ads. The photo of Willie Horton served as a stark reminder of what liberals are capable of. He was a scary-looking black guy, and as has bee said before "one picture is worth a thousand words."
It was not racism but liberalism that was the issue.

It is not only ancient history, but to compare it with anything that has the magnitude of todys events is ridiculous. We are talking about a Liar and the most corrupt destructrive Administration in our history, guilty of killing 10's of thousands of innocents in a useless war of greed. Dukakis is hardly remembered, he ran for President, remember? Ford pardoned Nixon, too, so what does that have to do with sale of cigars in Cuba!
