with "End rhymes only" option turned on, then it shows Woman as a rhyme of Roman.

Use an online dictionary. Chop off the first letter and search for the remainder of the word, or just the last syllabel.

You can also run through the alphabet: start at A, end at Z putting that letter in front of the word and removing the first letter of sylable.

Maybe you just need a better rhyming dictionary. You can get one at a bookstore.
