A person could be filled with joy all the time. Unfortunately we tend to base joy on circumstances, events, things and people outside of ourselves so the moments of joy are fleeting.

I think a person is completely filled with joy only when good things happen to him which is probebly not all the time in his life. happiness is temporary in the human world. We will be confronted with something good and bad and I don't think it's always something good. It also depends on the person, If they look at it a certain way and if they cope with it, and it also depends on how emotionally strong they are. some are weak and some are strong. experience makes a person wiser and able to cope with life.

When they learn to open their hearts and feel grateful for all the blessings that each of us experience each day. During their day, if they take the time to notice the smallest of things (a bird's chirping, a child's laugh) and smile to themselves, enjoy the moment and be grateful for it, complete joy can be experienced.

A easy going, grateful, generous person experiences all the time (time to time).
It is a great experience. People should learn to enjoy the life by enjoying the simple pleasures of life.
