I've had that problem for all my life and there is nothing you can do to remedy it.
Having said that, I have found out that my moving my eyes several times from left to right or up and down as fast as I can, I can move the little dots and hairs, so that they don't block direct vision. Unfortunately after some time they move back.
Try it and good luck!

these are floaters and flashers. They can be annoying. Sometimes they mean nothing other times they could be indicitive of conditions affecting the eyes and/or the brain. Just so you can rest your mind, why don't you go to see an opthomologist (a physician who studies the eyes and it's relationship to other body systems). At least you can get another opinion.

Its called floaters. I have them. There is no need to worry about them unless they interfere with driving or other vision. If they do the dr can fix it with a tech. that dries up the fluid(which is what floater are)

An operation is possible if they don't go away, but the best thing to do is ignore them if you've been checked out as fine.

It's perfectly normal. They're called "floaters." They go away after a while. Actually, my doc told me they don't go away, but your brain stops noticing them so neither do you.
