completely dont know what to get for her as i dont have a very fat wallet

The word cheap here is quite confusing. If you would intend to buy her a gift which is way below what you can afford, that's disrespectful. But if you want to give her something special but just dont have the purchasing power, well.
Its the thought that counts. Some ladies measure love in terms of how much you can give to them. But hey not all, you can still give good gifts without spending too much.
Here's an idea, buy her 11 real roses and 1 plastic rose. Arrange the rose in such a way that the real ones hide the latter. Give the bouquet to her with a note saying "I will love you till the last rose fades.". Of course the plastic rose here will never fade.
Or if the idea of giving flowers is not attractive to you, you can also create a letter but be unique, you can write a letter which enumerates 100 things you love about her had it framed and wrapped then give it to her. But you should not just use a coupon bond for this one. You can also provide art for the borders if you want, or a watermark of her, or both of you but I will just leave that to your creativity.
There's just so many ideas out there to give for your special someone's birthday without spending too much. But like what the others said, finance is such a limitation hahaha. Good luck!

Go out and pluck a bunch of assorted flowers, write her a poem ABOUT what you like in her, paint/make her a card. Dress well, bathe. Remember to take a walk, see if you can arrange some music and take her out to a pretty spot and give her all this.

Dude I think u r not in true love coz a person in love doesn't mind da cost of a gift 4 his GF.B it cheap or costly a gift is a gift is a gift.So go ahead n gift her da cheapest gift, if she loves u truly she'll accept da gift with joy on her face if not then she doesn't love u truly.

NEVER GIVE A GIRL ANYTHING CHEAP! They are queens and deserve something special. If you can't afford anything and have a limited budget. BE CREATIVE. Think about what she likes or what she thinks is romantic. Your gf will love you for putting a little romantic effort and creativity into what you do or give her.

You got a computer. Print off some vouchers with treats on them. Eg; "massage", "breakfast in bed" that sort of thing. Things you can do for her. When she wants something done, she gives you a voucher for it.
