You might want to make your question more detailed. Let's try an answer all possible questions:

Mineral water from the spring vs boiled tap water (filtered or unfiltered). Unquestionably the former.

Mineral water from the bottle vs boiled filtered tap water. Now for this one I'd prefer the boiled filtered tap water as spring water sitting in bottles is rumoured to carry pathogens.

Mineral water from the bottle vs boiled tap watered (unfiltered). Now this is either or, as boiled water does not taste that nice.

If I were you, I'd go for filtered tap water, tastes better than boiled water and is better for you.

Mineral water is bottled and the bottler has to be licensed, it is better for you than boiling drinking water. Purified bottled water healthier than mineral water, because mineral water, by its very nature, is not processed to remove all inclusions. Purified drinking water is simply water - which is what it should be. If you're in need of mineral content, take a vitamin supplement. The minerals disolved in water are much less effective for this.

Boiled water, or water that is boiled into steam, and then reformed into water is it's purest form. You'll notice that it won't complete an electric current because there are no contaminants in the water.

Mineral water can be okay if you know what's in it, or where it come from. Notice, not to be confused with municipal drinking water.

Mineral water, if it is pure and clean, is better for health and safer, than boiled water. Boiling does not remove all kinds of germs, some experts are of the view that very minute dead organisms are left in boiling water! Mineral water is closer to 'nature' and is more compatible with our 'system'.

there's no reason why a mineral spring couldn't be contaminated. distilled water - water that's boiled, and, then, has its steam condensed (if all of your boiler/condenser materials are safe, ie, stainless steel or copper, as opposed to lead) - is your best bet.
