Ninjutsu isn't dead at all; Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi is officially recognized in Japan as the one ninja left in existence. He is also looked upon as a bit of a relic though, apparently. He is a doctor of bone-setting, sort of a traditional Japanese osteopath, and is also the 34th Grandmaster of Togakure Ryu ninjutsu, and has the proof to back it up.
He says the proper name of ninjutsu is Ninpo, and his organization is the Bujinkan dojo, so I suggest you go to one of the good martial arts magazines like "Combat" or "Martial Arts Illustrated", and look for the EBNS - European Bujinkan Ninpo Society. Failing that, try to trace Ireland's head teacher, Brian McArthy, of the Bujinkan Brian Dojo.
One thing though, they seem to be strict about who they let in, for example, the offensive "Shane C" would doubtless have to eat a few courses of humble pie before they'd let him in.
Also, it's not a magic martial art, there is no such thing, but like any other genuine martial art, if you make a real effort, in time it'll pay off. The main thing I'd say is though, remember to focus your training to your intended goal, e.g. self defence, and make sure that all-in-all you enjoy your training. Good luck.

Nope, it's a dead art. Get over it and find something else.

Yes I know you will say "but this man claim to teach ninjitsu" Well will you trust me if I claim to be a wizard and wear a robe and do some card trick to impress you then tell you I will teach you for $500 a month?

Ninjitsu is a dead art. Please do not give your money to someone claiming to teach it. I believe they are frauds.

I believe the true secrets of the ninja never left the mountains of Japan. All that remains it is a diluted style.

I am sorry if this offensive, I mean no disrespect I just don't believe it is taught anymore.

If you intend to discover ways to stop almost any violence the you will have to have this system of Bruce Perry, Patriot Self Defense , a course that you just will get it here https://tr.im/cijKJ
Patriot Self Defense can teach you a highly successful self-defense program that is been field-tested in properties, at government events and on some of the meanest streets on earth against the most ruthless, cunning and harmful criminal.
With Patriot Self Defense you will find out that is much simpler then you estimated to guard your self because you never have to be a professional or have energy, you just have to learn how to do specific moves, easy techniques but deathly.
