I am slightly heavy, and recently i realized that my stomach is very hard. At first i thought i was gaining weight, but i havent. Its actually uncomfortable and was hoping a change in my diet would change the way the fat goes on my body

This is diet effect. You should have balanced diet, regular exercise and should not take spicy and fast food.

You may be constipated. Try taking a laxative or doing a colon cleansing program. Also change you diet that will help. Try the Colinix Program that works well. Good Luck

sounds like bloating...
try this for two weeks, cut out foods high in gluten...white pasta white bread etc and drink 1.5 litres water a day...garanteed you'll lose at least half stone it's all water that stores up
