I want to open an institution where children from 2yrs to 8yrs can developed their personality, can read books of the stories they like , can increase their word power and a sort of zim for them that will help them in their development

Are you talking a day care environment? You would need to check with your state on regulations. Or more of a place that kids would come for classes? Or are you talking a school?

Well it sounds like you're wanting a homeschool environment for kids that can't be homeschooled.
But most people call it a day care or montessori or development center, or a school, or ......
but since you are wanting to start a business, I bet you would have a better chance of gettting an appropriate response in the business section, as this is the homeschooling section, and not many of us are wanting to turn our home environments in to businesses for other children. (well, at least I'm not, LOL!!!)
And call me crazy, but what is a zim????? am I missing out on something here?
