I don't really care about worrying. I eat what I eat and if it kills me at a young age then, atleast I am going to die happy.
A life without McDonals or something like that is HELL

it is all good for us,even fair trade 70 percent cocoa chocolate. a little bit of everything is good for you, so my mother said, likewise everything in moderation. Fresh crisp apples are scrummy, so is ice cold milk, some great farm cheese, fresh baked artisian breads, market produce, organic meats and line caught fish. the more natural the more delicious, get out from the supermarket and discover really great tasting food,

Because of all the additives in it, thats what makes this type of food bad for our health eventhough it may taste nice...too many E, numbers.

Because its filled with bad ingredients, and additives, colourants, E numbers etc - really not good for you. And of course fill with lots of sugar and unsaturated fats - which makes you put on weight!
