Most Audiophile People I know go on line with Crutchfield Audio Here in America. You are over there where some of the leading manufactures of those products build the equipment. Blaupunkt has nice AM FM 6 disk CD players with 150 wats output And you can also add Bluetooth for hands free mobile phone. As for speakers tweeters in the Windshield posts surface mounted Mid range in the front doors low and close to the front. And 8" "Kicker" Sub Woofer and two foot square partical bord box covered in carpet not ported. Remember you have only 100 cubic feet inside your TATA.

with your budeget you can 1 of 2 things, maybe both. 1. Get an show quality system setup with VERY good brands, OR 2. Get the best of the best with a average setup. I would say go with some Diamond audio inside speakers, RE 2006 XXX 12's or 15's(gonna cost $1300 for the 12's) and jl audio / seris (i.e. 1/1000) amps, and I have always been particular to Pioneer headunits

For a decent system, a head unit should cost 5-6K. Recommend Blaupunkt or Alpine.

Connect the head unit to 4/3 channel amplifier (6-7k) Most big brands would do (avoid Sony). Any decent 12" sub woofer including the box would cost about 4K. Bridge 2 channels of the Amp to your sub. Fix the sub and the amp in the hatch. Connect one channel to component speakers for front (they have midrange or woofers and tweeters connected through a crossover) Try JBL or Blaupunkt components (5k). Connect one channel to your rear speakers. Use JBL 6x9 speakers (5K) Ensure that the rated wattage of your amp and your speakers match.

This would be an ideal combination. You can knock off based on your purchasing power.
