If you look at the people who are killing Iraqis, it's foreign fighters from Jordan/Syria/IRan and secterian violence: shiite vs. Sunni. No where in there are Americans doing the killing - it's all Muslims killing other Muslims.

A lot of answers here that are avoiding the real question . . . TAKE A LOOK AT THE PAST 3 DAYS IN IRAQ, AND THEN CALCULATE HOW MANY PEOPLE DIED IN IRAQ, THEN EXAMINE HOW THEY DIED. The answer is that they were killed by homemade suicide bombers (who inciddently are NOT American). They're killing themselves over there - Americans are not killing 1% compared to what the Iraqis / other Middle Easterners are doing to themselves

Where to start... let's see.
1. Going into Iraq (1990-1991): reason: to free Kuwait from Saddam.
2. Going into Iraq (again) (2003-present) Reason 1 : to free Iraq from Saddam. Reason 2: to look for WMD. None are found, but maybe Saddam hid it well. Oh, they captured Saddam. Why didn't they ask Saddam?
3. Still in Iraq, guarding the nation from internal conflicts while violence goes on unchecked, and news of Allied troops torture/rape/kill civillians spilling into the media.
4. Not cleaning up after themselves: all this mess will be turned into chances to 'rebuild Iraq' and most will be given to firms in the US. Money, anyone?
As for Muslims killing Muslims, it has happened before the Allied troops came. But the killings done by the Allied is comparatively more compared to the on-and-off bombing.

Even there are soldiers from Jordan, it is coz USA government pays very well.
And we know about Jordan that this cheater-country is under USA, and their betrayer-king rules from UK..
Do not mix up Iran in this. Thats another story..
The conflicts between countries like Iran and Iraq has NOTHING to do with invasion of USA..
Syria will never never never let USA to buy them, Syrian president is great and syrian people are patriots.

It is mostly Muslims killing Muslims but there are plenty of deaths attributed to the U.S. forces even if you have not been told about them and many of these have been civilians including women and children. It was also the American led invasion of Iraq which has led to the current unstable situation with all the sectarian violence.

the problem with the american government
it goes into others territory
first arms them for some economic and political reason
then after a couple of decades later they realise that
they gave arms to the wrong group and
should now be annhilated.....
american govt had initially given the
arms to afgan rebels (taliban ) to ward off ussr
and to iraq to ward of iran.
its time america has a fixed foreing policy and not
swing every few decades..

before the USA invaded the USA Iraq was ruled by law, if you didn't revolt or try anything political the streets were safer than most American cities, after America invaded 100's of deaths each day, kidnaps, no power , no water the USA invasion is a disaster
Muslims would not and did not kill each other before the American invasion

for your own information pal the US troops ARE the reason for this civil war.
the US Army made a deal with the shiite militia in Baghdad to join them and that's what triggered the civil war between the sunnis and shiites.
