Generally no. If i want encyclopedia answers i will go to an encyclopedia. I tend to give them thumbs down just to collapse it so I don't have to scroll. Really I think it is kind of a trolling look at me I'm an idiot type response.

No, I've found, especially with the cut and paste answers, the longer the answer, the less they have to say.

I hate answers that are just copied and pasted. It shows little thought and rarely is on-topic.
I like to give full answers, but I don't cut and paste.
