There are limitations to what you can do if you aren't a citizen or a registered alien. Why not just apply for residency if you have these plans and are sure of them?

Applying for US residency is not as easy as other answers might lead you to believe. However, even without a green card, there are ways to do a lot of what you want to do. For example, you can study music in the US with a student visa, as long as it's a real music school. Once you are established, you can perform as often or as long as you want to in the US with "P" or "O" nonimmigrant visas. Depending on the country you were born in, you might also be able to try the Diversity Visa Lottery (once you've graduated from high school), which will give you an immigrant visa just because we're nice that way. Good luck!

Try to get famous first. Your manager will get a green card for you.

Good luck. Keep practicing.
