it depends on the person!! Some people over here in UK loose theirs at 16 or a year or two earlier, and some wait until they feel that the time is right, with the right person etc etc.
Whenever you want too I think, as long as you feel sure about it and practice safe sex, so that you wont have a baby or catch any std's etc.
