I would say any haircut thats short.
Long hair just makes them look like a girl and I also cant stand guys that thinks its cool to have the nappy surfer looking hair.

go for a short hair cut...maybe a little longer on top by not longer thatn 1/2" and maybe mess it up a little. Still looks clean cut but yet modern.
