No. The majority of Muslims pose no threat to you or your society. Like every group there is a small minority that is how "terror" works and wins by playing on irrational fear, creating and spreading chaos and distrust rather than allowing dialogue, debate and rational thought. The minority of extremists who choose to misinterpret the Qu'aran are just that a minority - you must aso consider that extremists come in all shapes and forms and I for one am as if not more fearful of the extreme Christians and neo-con born agains with their fingers on the triggers of nukes and readily available WMDs scary when you reverse the image huh?

I dont live in an area with a lot of Muslims, they are pretty much non existent here. I think after everything thats happened here, in the U.S.has caused fear. Keep in mind invasion is something we arenot use to. I try not to be rude, but everyone in every nation, culture, race and so on. Has that fear, of what they do not know. I cant say I always do the right thing, because I dont. In fact, I had a situation, where I was told today that I am going to hell because I am not Muslim, and the world would be better off without America. So it makes it hard to trust anyone. I guess it all depends on how you feel and believe.

Dunno why you all scared of us. Its like us lot being scared of the white people cuz of the national front. And yes many black people are muslims. So unless you see a man with a turban on his head im afraid you will never see the difference between a muslim an a non muslim cuz you got to remember not all the men have beards and not all women wear veils i would say 25% of the muslim population do.

The human race is essentially tribal, we can recognise a few thousand faces and feel happier and more content in smaller towns and villages and distinct ringfenced communities such as existed before the onset of mass travel and the computer age.
Unfortunately we tend to, on a subconcious level, view those we don't recognise with suspicion at first, in times of stress such as we live in now, that suspicion becomes less subliminal and more overt and given a media driven campaign, we are given a focus for our suspicion. So, sad as it is, I believe that yes we are becoming more nervous and suspicious of people who are overtly Muslim (let's face it, not all Muslims are of middle easter appearance and dress in traditional clothes)

I think people are more wary and with just cause. Some of them are trying to kill us in the name of their religion, so I think it's fair to question that religion don't you? I don't move away from devout (veil/beards) Muslims on public transport but I do find myself thinking, "Freaks. Why would you want to be a part of that, and why aren't you in your own country with like-minded individuals? Britain is not a Muslim Country".

How can you tell someone is Muslim just like that. My bf is black african muslim you wouldnt know unless he told ya... so what you are trying to say is 1 in 6 of us would move away from a asian person on the tube..personnaly i believe it is only a small handful of Muslims who give others a bad name...and i wouldnt move away from anyone dispite coulor, belief on the tube, I would however move away if they looked suspicious.

I am not necessarily more wary of any particular peoples but I am more alert about my surroundings now. And that has been since 9/11. I am generally a friendly person and will be polite to anyone, but I do watch body language as well.

You can get Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars for free from this link: http://bit.ly/1p0D5gE
Command and Conquer 3 is a real time strategy game in which you can select among three different factions, each of them with different objectives.
It's a very nice game.

Suicide Bombers such as those on 7/7 turn people "Anti-Muslim" - they have done more for the Crusading Western Warlords than Bush & Blair could ever have done without them
Stupid Muslims (the Bombers I mean - not generally)...

Not me mate. Since 9-11 I want to know more about Islam, what makes it tick, what the people believe in so I am not ignorant about it when the slimeball Brit press put the boot in to them. Are you listening, out there in Daily Mail land?
