You are right!! I think it is very annoying when men do that. I think he may be doing it for a reaction to see how much you like him and respond with jealousy, mind games in other words. he could have been hurt before or lacks the communication skills to ask if you like him as much as he does you. I have had this and I hated it. I tired of playing games back and ended it. Turns out he loved me very much but was insecure and terrified of being hurt. Try telling him how you feel if you like him, if not, dump him

Not unreasonable. Why should you have to put up with his comments, when its more than likely his insecurities that make him do that. People need to be selfish sometimes and if that means not sharing your time with a man who, lets face it, has no self esteem, then good on you! Although, do you ever wonder if you asked him outright why he does it, you may get what your looking for?

nope I dont think so - seems he can give it but he cant take it. Next time he rings - answer the phone and tell him straight out that you dont see the point in being with him when all he does is provoke negative reactions in you. If he genuinely likes you he'll quit doing it - if he doesnt make a play to fight for you then you're better off without him.

It depends on how long you've been seeing him and how serious it is. If it's still casual maybe he's just doing it to see if you are interested in him by how much of a reaction he gets. On the other hand if you find it hurtful then I'm guessing you probably shouldn't bother pursuing it.

Your not bein unresonable. My guy did the same thing so i sat him down and had a talk with him. When i asked him why he was doing it he said it was because he wanted more attention from me. I told him it was the wrong way to go about it and he agreed and now we both tell eachother if we feel like we need some attention or love so maybe its that?? Just ask him!!

You are not being unreasonable but you should tell him that the comments are hurtful. If talking to him about it doesn't make him stop then you should ditch him.

i really have this funny feeling this guy is not serious or letsay not in for any meaningful relationship. This is a very good sign of he not caring about you. he cares so less of how you feel and besides i think he is just trying to play around with you.
Babes, i will advise you let him go depending on how you feel about him. if you dont want to let him go just confront him on his behaviour. He probably is not worth your grief anyway!

You aren't being unreasonable, I'm not sure what your friends expect your reaction to be. Confront the guy, and if he doesn't stop it, dump him.
