Give me some reference sites or information regarding diodes, IN 4007 and IN 4148 for an assignment?

just do a search! They are only the most comonly used diodes, and everyone makes them. Finding a spec would be much quicker than asking here.

In 4007 as well as 4148, everyone will still dieold. For some a oneway gate to heaven and for others a oneway gate to hell.

I think it might help you to mention that it is 1n4007 and 1n4148 All diodes begin with the 1n designation All transistors begin with 2n 2N2222 etc. search for 1N4007 Specifications you should find a ton of stuff.
