This is some kinda weird chicken and egg question. There's no quantitative nor qualitative metric to quantify how dumb a person is. It's practically their problem if they think a man as someone dumb, as long as you know you're not (and others agree as well hahaha). I don't have any direct answer, but I would recommend that you try to understand women a bit more. They are nice, but they can be mean sometimes. hahaha.
