most all of the girls at my work have the hots for me. i know cause they flat out tell me. i have my whole myspace page filled with girls commenting me 2 hang out n just 2 say whats up, etc. i get the occasional chik in class wanting to get to know me better yet i have a low self esteem...

why is that? how can i overcome it?

alot of people tell me im very good looking and im flattered but i dont think i am. dont get me wrong i dont think im an eyesore but im not a model(although ive been told i should be).

i dont have the balls to go up to a girl at a club, bar, class, etc and start talking to her. i fear rejection eventhough through all this evidence i SHOULDNT have anything to worry about. any help?

Self esteem is exactly that....self worth, it';s what you think about yourself not how good looking others think you are. The fact that you are 'hot' is a good base to start, but you have to believe in yourself.
Focus on what you are good at, what you have achieved, where you want to go...etc etc
Put yourself out there and just go talk to a girl, you don't have to ask her out just chat.
I had a boy befriend at school and he was the best friend i ever had. Taking to him really gave me the confidence to talk to just about anybody. You come to realize that girls and boys are all the same!
If you can bag a girl Friend, someone who you can just be yourself with, then do it.
And remember........ A shy guy is a girls best friend! Good luck

If you had more self confidence it will give you a tremendous boost. With a positive attitude and determination you yourself can repair and correct this yourself. First, when you retire at night relax your entire body. Start by consentrating (in your mind with your eyes shut) on your toes and relax them thoroughly. Then do the same with your feet, then your ankles, next your legs, then your knees...all the way up to your face, lips eyes and head. You should actually feel each part of your body relax individually. When you finish,you will know that you are relaxed entirely.
Now you want to think deep and go as far back into your childhood as you can remember. From that starting point try and remember all you can up and to the present. This journey will bring to light your fears (what they are and why they are), as well as your strong points. Now you can face them and began to realize that you can conquer most of them with your mind. Then you can project forward your strengths as well as over come your weekness. At the very least you will be more in tune with yourself and that within itself is a positive.
This should take several nights. If you should fall asleep at any time, just start from that point the next night...after you relax first. Do not rush this process. Done properly you can emerge into a new you.
A trip to the library can also help you. Ask the libriarian to help you lovate a couple of books on self confidence and self assurance.

Here are a few other note worthy tips. Nobody is perfect and you certainly don't have to be. Do not be afraid to be laughed at...it really is no big deal. ( whenever I'm laughed at I start laughing alone with them or simply ignore them...always with my head high). Recognize the fact that you have value...as much as the next person and more than others. Start to love yourself no matter what. Always keep your head high and do not be afraid to live your life and have fun.

Life is too short.

well dude all you have to do is keep asking .if you get turned down, ohh well next, but keep in mind your technics try different appoachesand figure which one works and just be yourself i think you are trying to hard. you can do it. after a couple of times youll get use to rhythum of things relax just do it
