I like the commercial where he asks her to marry him again on the steps of some building,and she doesn't know it but all her family is there. Maybe you could pull something like that off.

make a good excuse to have a big party. invite all her family and friends. prepare a song number (hopefully you have a good voice) and while you are up the stage singing, stop in the middle of the song, kneel, bring out the diamond ring, then propose to her while everyone is watching. Ask a friend to be on cue to focus the spotlight to her while you are proposing. if she says yes, there should be a shower of rose petals ( again with the help of some friends)!

What is the most important thing to her? Find out what that is and then center the proposal around that. Take your time and really put some thought into how to make the proposal unique and unforgettable.

More practical and simplest but romantic way for me is during our dinner date, where we talk and feel such chemistry arising with a quite and cozy ambience. And propose with a RING and flower.
